The PwC Advisory group, which works with companies on strategy, growth and performance improvement initiatives, are engaged in broad ranging discussions with clients on issues aligned with sustainability. Our principles of client relationship and service delivery are built around our clients and us working together to deliver sustainable value enhancements to our clients.
As explained to you we are very interested in the Closed Systems Principles and the tools The Closed System have developed. From our aspect the tools and the program are of great assistance to engage the senior management in identifying those strategies to pursue which will deliver enhanced value but more importantly achieve sustainability mind-set change.
Our thinking, at this stage, is that the tools / approach is a very good catalyst to bring focus to the broad strategic / growth discussions that we have with clients. The tools you have designed should enable an efficient diagnostic and planning process at a cost which would be within the expectations of this segment of the corporate market. Moreover, the workshop style and level of participation by the business's management team and owners, should ensure that they are fully engaged and the outputs are owned by them. We clearly see the need and opportunity for us to utilise our people in participating very actively in promoting and delivery of The Closed System to the business market.
Following a successful pilot program in 2007, PwC and The Closed System Pty Ltd are now establishing a license agreement and business alliance which will commence in 2008. |
